14 days to change your mind

If you buy online or by phone, you can cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the TV, without giving a reason. Tell us by email at hello@tvcy.cy or by phone at +357 22 000 000. You can use the model form below, but you don't have to.

Sending the TV back

Return the TV within 14 days of telling us, in its original packaging if possible, with all accessories and the remote. You pay the direct cost of the return, unless we agree to collect it. You may unpack and try the TV as you would in a shop. If it has been used beyond that or is damaged, we may reduce the refund by the loss in value.

Your refund

We refund the full price, including the original delivery cost, within 14 days of receiving your cancellation. We may wait until the TV is back with us. We refund using the payment method you used, at no charge to you.

Legal guarantee

Every TV must match its description and work properly. If a fault appears within 2 years of delivery, you are entitled under Cyprus and EU consumer law to a repair or replacement free of charge, or, if that is not possible, a price reduction or refund.

Manufacturer warranties

On top of your legal rights, every Metz TV we sell has a 3-year warranty, and TCL TVs come with the manufacturer's warranty. If something goes wrong, contact us and we will arrange the repair. Keep your invoice as proof of purchase.
