Who is responsible

What we collect

When you order or contact us: your name, phone number, email, delivery address and order details. When you pay online, our payment provider handles your card details; we only receive confirmation that the payment went through.

Why we use it

To process and deliver your order, contact you about it, handle returns and warranty claims, and keep the accounting records the law requires. The legal bases are the performance of our contract with you and our legal obligations. We do not send marketing messages unless you agree to receive them.

Who we share it with

Only with the people who help us complete your order: the courier, our payment provider, our IT and hosting provider (Shopify) and our accountants. We do not sell your data.

How long we keep it

Order and invoice records are kept for as long as Cypriot tax law requires. Other messages are deleted when they are no longer needed, and no later than 2 years after our last contact.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, to limit how we use it, to receive a copy in a portable format, and to object to its use. Email us at hello@tvcy.cy. You can also complain to the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection in Cyprus.
