Email: hello@tvcy.cy. Phone: +357 22 000 000. tvcy is an independent retailer and is not affiliated with Metz Consumer Electronics GmbH or TCL.

Prices

All prices are in euro and include 19% Cypriot VAT. Delivery is free in the Nicosia district and costs €15 per order to the rest of the Republic of Cyprus; the delivery charge is shown at checkout. If a price on the website is clearly wrong, we will contact you before your order is confirmed and you may cancel at no cost.

How an order works

When you send an order you make an offer to buy. We confirm by email or phone. The contract is formed when we send that confirmation. If a product is out of stock, we tell you and refund any payment within 14 days.

Payment

You can pay online by card through our payment provider's secure page, or by bank transfer. We never see or store your full card details. For bank transfers, we dispatch the order once the payment reaches our account.

Delivery

We deliver to the Nicosia, Limassol, Larnaca, Paphos and Famagusta districts, usually within 2 to 5 working days. Delivery is free in the Nicosia district and costs €15 per order to the other districts. We will agree a delivery time with you by phone. The TV is delivered to your door; we do not install or mount televisions. If we cannot deliver within 30 days, you may cancel and receive a full refund.

Checking your delivery

Please check the box and the TV when it arrives. If the packaging is damaged, note it on the delivery slip and tell us within 48 hours so we can deal with the courier.

Old televisions

When we deliver a new TV, we take back your old TV of a similar type free of charge if you ask for this when ordering, in line with the rules on waste electrical and electronic equipment.

Returns and guarantees

Your right to cancel within 14 days and your guarantee rights are explained in our Refund policy. These rights are part of these terms.

Complaints

Contact us first at hello@tvcy.cy and we will reply within 5 working days. If we cannot resolve it, you can contact the Consumer Protection Service of the Ministry of Energy, Commerce and Industry of Cyprus.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Cyprus. This does not take away any protection you have under the consumer law of the country where you live.
