Shipping policy

Delivery charges

Delivery is free in the Nicosia district. Delivery to the Limassol, Larnaca, Paphos and Famagusta districts costs €15 per order. The delivery charge is shown at checkout before you pay.

Delivery times

We usually deliver within 2 to 5 working days. We call you to agree a delivery time.

No installation

The TV is delivered to your door; we do not install or mount televisions.

Delays

If we cannot deliver within 30 days, you may cancel and receive a full refund.

Checking your delivery

Please check the box and the TV on arrival and tell us about any damage within 48 hours.

Old televisions

When we deliver, we take back your old TV of a similar type free of charge if you ask for this at checkout.
